The Sound Behind the Silences
I made this site because I couldn’t sleep in silence. What started as one track — the hum of an empty office at night — turned into a space for anyone who feels calm in the strange, steady noise most people never notice.
My Story
I’ve always struggled with quiet. It made my thoughts too loud.
One night, while editing audio for my horror channel, I realized the hum of the HVAC and the faint buzz of fluorescent lights were the only things keeping me calm.
I recorded that sound and looped it — three hours of steady, familiar noise. It worked.
That’s how Night Anxiety Sleep began — a simple experiment that turned into a ritual for anyone who finds comfort in steady sound.

A Space for Restless Minds
From Sleep to Story

When I’m not creating ambient tracks, I build worlds for my horror channel, CreepyMuse.
It explores fear, AI horror, and the strange comfort hidden inside unsettling things.
Night Anxiety Sleep grew from that same curiosity — the beauty of dark spaces and the calm found in controlled chaos. Whether it’s a ghost story or a sleep track, it all comes from the same place: the search for quiet in the noise.
Why Brown Noise Helps
Brown noise is deeper and steadier than white noise — closer to the hum of everyday life.
It masks sudden sounds, quiets anxious thoughts, and helps you rest in the kind of calm that doesn’t feel forced.
The Invitation
You can start here — one track, one calm night, one steady hum at a time.
